Personify Marketing
Privacy Policy
Draft updated 5 October 2026 · Effective date to be confirmed on publication
This policy explains how Personify Marketing collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information through getpersonified.co, portal.getpersonified.co, enquiries, newsletter subscriptions and our marketing services.
Business responsible: Personify Marketing Pty Ltd, Australia (ABN 85 700 911 388; ACN 700 911 388).
1. Information we collect
You may give us your name, email address, phone number, business details, website address, enquiry, content priorities and other information when you contact us, request a Content Growth Audit, subscribe to Worth Their Attention, use chat or work with us. We also keep relevant correspondence and service records.
Our website and service providers may collect IP addresses, approximate location, browser and device details, referral sources, pages viewed, timestamps, cookie identifiers and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Depending on enabled tools, this may include advertising events, heatmaps and session replays.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as health details, in general enquiries or chat. If you provide information about someone else, you must have an appropriate basis for doing so.
You can browse without submitting a form. If you do not provide the information needed for an enquiry or service, we may be unable to respond or provide it.
2. Why we use information
- Respond to enquiries and audit requests, and communicate about our services.
- Provide agreed services and manage client relationships and business records.
- Send newsletters and marketing communications where we have the required permission.
- Understand website use, improve content and resolve usability issues.
- Measure advertising performance and support relevant advertising and remarketing where enabled and permitted.
- Protect our website, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
3. Forms, our portal and chat
Our contact, newsletter and audit forms are provided through our Personify portal using HighLevel/LeadConnector. Submitted details and messages are processed through that platform so we can manage enquiries, subscriptions and follow-up. Where chat is enabled, the platform also processes chat messages and related visitor or session information.
Forms may be embedded on this website or open on portal.getpersonified.co. This policy applies to information collected for Personify through those forms. See HighLevel’s privacy information for its separate practices; HighLevel explains that our notice governs information it processes on our behalf.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Cookies and similar technologies support website functions, preferences, analytics and advertising. Some are provided by third parties. The tools enabled on our website determine which information is collected.
- Google Analytics and Google tags: measure website traffic, referral sources and interactions. Google Privacy Policy.
- Meta Pixel: shares website events and related identifiers with Meta to measure advertising and support audience creation and remarketing. Meta may associate this information with information it already holds. Meta Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity: captures interaction information, including clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session replays, to help us understand and improve website use. Microsoft also processes this information under its own terms and privacy statement. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- WordPress.com/Automattic, Jetpack and Cloudflare: support hosting, security, performance and related website measurements where enabled. Automattic Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
You can manage or delete cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect some features. Where a cookie preference control is provided, you can also use it to manage the categories it covers. Browser settings do not necessarily prevent all tracking technologies. Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on; advertising preferences can also be managed with the relevant platform.
This policy explains our practices and does not itself obtain consent. Where consent is legally required, the relevant collection or tracking must be supported by a separate consent process.
5. Newsletter and marketing choices
We send Worth Their Attention and other marketing communications where we have the required permission. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact us using the details below. An enquiry or audit request does not, by itself, sign you up to the newsletter.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary replies about an enquiry or agreed service. If marketing messages use open or click tracking, this may record interactions to help us understand their performance.
6. Who receives information
Information may be shared with providers supporting hosting, CRM, forms, chat, email delivery, analytics, advertising, security and professional advice, and with authorised people who need it to provide our services. Analytics and advertising providers may also process data for their own purposes under their policies. We may disclose information where required or permitted by law.
Client material containing personal information is handled for the agreed service and relevant client instructions. This website policy does not replace a client’s own privacy notices or our contractual obligations.
7. Overseas processing
We use cloud services that may store, access or process personal information outside Australia, including in the United States. HighLevel/LeadConnector identifies United States-based infrastructure and service providers, and an affiliate in India that provides services and support.
Our hosting, analytics and advertising providers may also process information in countries where they or their service providers operate. Locations vary with the services used and may change over time. Details are available in the providers’ privacy policies and published subprocessor lists, including HighLevel’s subprocessor list and Automattic’s subprocessor list.
We will meet applicable requirements when arranging overseas handling of personal information. This policy does not ask you to waive any rights or protections relating to overseas disclosures.
8. Retention and security
Information is retained for the purposes described in this policy, taking account of the relationship, operational needs and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Information no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified, subject to legal requirements and backup processes. Retention settings for analytics and other providers may differ.
We take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No website, network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Where a data incident creates notification obligations under applicable law, we will comply with those obligations.
9. Requests and complaints
Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, withdraw marketing permission, ask about retention or deletion, or make a privacy complaint. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
For a complaint, describe what happened and your preferred resolution. We will review it, contact you if more information is needed and explain the outcome. If unresolved, you may contact the relevant privacy regulator where it has jurisdiction.
If Australian privacy law applies to your complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). Other privacy regulators may have jurisdiction depending on the circumstances.
10. External websites and updates
External websites and platforms have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy as our services, tools or legal obligations change. The published policy will show its latest effective date.
